What’s included:

A one-day workshop for up to six couples or 12 mums which takes place quarterly, where I share mindset strategies amassed from over 20 years of my personal experience as a midwife and coach. The day will focus on equipping you with the knowledge needed to help reduce anxiety, fear and overwhelm during your pregnancy in order to have a healthy pregnancy.
