Ruth bagged yet another award at The DIVAS of Colour Awards ceremony that was held in London on the 31st March 2019. She won the Professional Women in Health of The Year award and was presented by a glistening rock by the Awards founded Faustina Anyanwu,
DIVAs of Colour was set up the awards to celebrate the accomplishments of women of colour around the globe.
Ruth was recognised because she is a champion of women and supports them during their transition to motherhood and beyond. She enables women not just to birth their babies but birth themselves as mothers. Ruth is a midwife in every sense of the word and is truly ‘with woman’. Her mission is to be the woman she wished she had when she most needed a woman with her.
Ruth is indeed a DIVA! A DIVA of Colour!
